Works perfectly but only with 100% charged batteries. Great gadget for the kitchen.

I have used phillips head screwdrivers for 50 years. I attempted to open the battery case, to insert batteries, using the old "lefty-loosey, righty-tighty" and the cheap plastic stripped completely. This is cheap garbage and i will be seeking a refund. Fyi, no user's manual was enclosed, nor was there a qr code to link to a manual or instructions.

Put new batteries in, did not work......so not very good.

The product arrived defective!

I inserted the alkaline batteries but it didn't work.

When you shake the opener, you hear a noise as if something is loose inside.

I bought it in order to open a large can, it barely scratched it after five times of going back and forth, got stuck and couldn't release it, and eventually it broke up and stopped working. Maybe it works magic for regular small cans, not for the big ones

Does not work

Order well received, item almost as described because the edge of the lid is sharp, as well as the canning jar. Abandon any ideas of refrigerating with a jar with its lid.

It works only when it feels like it. It's absolutely useless. Straight to the trash.

Not really impressed to be honest.this first experience with this style of automatic electric can opener however.... have to keep that in mind. It's difficult to manipulate to complete the job. And you have to perform the operation at least twice minimum to get the lid completely cut out. Then again for the price i paid i guess i shouldn't expect a great experience. I'll stick with my manual star fit when this fails completely.
