Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use standard dish soap in this?
Yes! If you select the "Liquid/Gel" variant, it easily accommodates standard dishwashing liquids, shower gels, and hand sanitizers as long as they have good fluidity.

How do I change the amount of soap it dispenses?
The dispenser features an intuitive button to toggle between 6 different volume levels, allowing you to dispense a tiny drop for quick hand washing or a larger amount for scrubbing pots.

Is it normal to hear a sound when it works?
Yes, you will hear a firm, audible pumping sound during operation, which indicates the internal motor is efficiently drawing the soap up and out of the nozzle.
